Our Nashville favorites!

For those of you that are visiting Nashville for the first time, we want to share with you some of our favorite places to eat! You won't be able to check out all of these restaurants, but even if you can eat at one, you'll be so glad you did!

Breakfast/Brunch!

Loveless Cafe: Be prepared for a wait, but it is SO WORTH IT! The food is the some best southern cookin' you'll put in your mouth. And the restaurant is located right next to the Historic Natchez Trace, which makes for great scenery located west of Nashville.

Fido: Located in the heart of Hillsboro Village, sandwiched between Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Fido is one of our favorite places to eat. Everything on their menu rocks, but we particularly love going there for breakfast or brunch.

Lunch!

Baja Burrito: A long-time favorite of both Austin and Jessica. They have the best fish tacos hands down. If you don't believe me, get them and see for yourself. Their pineapple salsa and guacamole is also a must. Top it off with a Mexican Coke and you can call it a day.

The Pharmacy: If you are needing a really good burger, they have some of the best in town. From the bread, to the patty (veggie options too!), and even the tots and onion rings, they have got it down! They also make their own sodas and milkshakes. We took Teresa, Austin's mom to The Pharmacy to celebrate Mother's Day 2013. If you have a little bit of hipster in you, then you'll love exploring the east side of Nashville.

Dinner!

PM: We LOVE sushi and PM has some of the best in Nashville. Their asian inspired cuisine always gets an A+ in our book. Get the Florida roll and the tempura brownies. PM is located on Belmont Blvd, which is one of the main streets the Nashville Marathon uses and where Jessica frequently chose to run.

Las Palmas: If you know us at all, you know that Mexican food is a staple in our regular diet. Las Palmas is a family favorite and located a few miles from Lipscomb, it became the go-to restaurant choice for many of our Nashville friends. Queso makes everything better.

Dessert!

Jeni's: I scream, you scream, we all scream for Jeni's ice cream! Seriously, the best ice cream we have ever put in our mouths. It is worth the wait, don't run away if the line is out the door. Salted Caramel and any other flavor, you won't regret it!

Las Paletas: Mexican popsicles. Notice a theme? Again, the avocado is the best, but they have the most unique and wonderful flavors. Also try their olive chocolate to dip your popsicle in. Walk over to Sevier Park to spend some time in the sun or down 12th Avenue to check out other popular Nashville spots.

And if those aren't enough, check out the Nashville Originals site! Every restaurant listed is a Nashville Original and worthy of your time and taste buds!

The Wedding Venue!

If you haven't had a chance to check out our Wedding venue, check it out! We found the most perfect barn to celebrate our big day. Located about 45 minutes east of Nashville, you'll get to spend some time in the Tennessee country!

We are hoping for warm weather, but Nashville can be hit or miss in the Spring. So be sure to check the weather before you head out to the barn and dress accordingly. Feel free to warm up by dancing or enjoying the rocking chairs in front of the outdoor fireplace.

Check out the website: http://bellemeadowsfarm.com/
or their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BelleMeadowsFarm

Google maps should bring you right to the venue: 6241 Browns Mill Rd, Lascassas, TN 37085
